3. The Half Day Monthly Programme - part time (has a duration of minimum 5 months)

One psychological training per week



* For this type of program there is the possibility to program the trainings for both mornings from 7.30 or 8.00 as well as afternoons starting with 14.00

* This programme is intended for payers that wishing to experience new training programmes and also to those preparing for important tournaments.

5. The Programme for professional players - WTA and ATP
  

We offer personalized programmes for the professional players

- bio-mechanics and shots improvement (to take the maximum of quality out of each shot)

- physical preparation programme with annual periodicity

- psychological preparation

- medical check-up

- recovery programme

- closely follow-up of official games with our trainers
